Rush fee
Rush fee
For the projects that just can't wait, we can arrange a rush schedule that includes anything due in less than two weeks. Rush fees include an extra 15% of your total project cost.
Invoices
I send you a handy-dandy invoice via PayPal via your email address for all projects detailing your project and the work I have done for you. You may pay this via PayPal or write me a check. Or I suppose you could mail the cash, although I've never had that happen. In the event that you do not have an email address, I will send you a paper invoice in the mail.
Late charges
You have 30 days from the date printed on the invoice to make payment. At 31 days, interest accrues on the principal at the rate of 10% per week. I am not responsible for technical difficulties, lost mail, acts of God, or the dog eating your checkbook. A girl's gotta pay the bills.
Graphic recording and facilitation
I charge on a per-project basis.
Many factors go into my fees here: expenses, pre-work on my part, location and duration of project, and any post-event activities.
Expenses include travel, meals, and materials.
Once you and I talk about what you want, I will draw up a contract.
A twenty-five percent deposit is required upon signing the contract, at which point I will be officially booked for your project.
I require at least a two-week lead time before engagements. If you request a date in less than the two-week timeframe, please see "Rush fee" above.
At this time, I can accept check and PayPal payments.
